Payment Schedule

25% reservation deposit due at booking to secure dates
Additional 25% due 90 days before arrival
Remaining balance due 3 days before check-in

Cancellation terms vary by timing and are outlined in the rental agreement. Guests canceling 90+ days out are generally eligible for a refund less a reservation fee.

FAQs

Yes — the lodge has a large dock suitable for guest boats and personal watercraft. A public boat launch is approximately 2 miles away for trailered boats.

Pets are usually welcome with advance approval. Please include the number, type, and size of your pet(s) in your inquiry so we can confirm.

A 20-foot Jayco camper that sleeps up to 4 may be available as an add-on for approved bookings — ask about availability and pricing when you inquire. Additional air mattresses are also available by request.

Ski Brule is approximately 12–15 minutes from the lodge by car — one of the most convenient ski setups in the UP for a large group rental.

Yes — Deepwater Lodge has direct access to Michigan's snowmobile trail network. Unload and ride right from the property.

Deepwater Lodge includes multiple levels, stairs, and outdoor terrain typical of a lakefront property. It is not marketed as a mobility-accessible property. Please reach out if you have specific questions about the layout.

Cancellation terms vary based on timing and are provided in the rental agreement. Generally, guests who cancel more than 90 days before arrival are eligible for a refund less a reservation fee. Cancellations closer to the arrival date may forfeit part or all of the stay amount. Full terms are outlined in your rental agreement.
